SUMMARY:

The Marketing Operations Specialist serves as the primary administrator of all marketing systems. This position is responsible for recommending, planning and executing the management of digital initiatives assigned and the day-to-day marketing functions of TexasBank. This role entails the overall success of marketing endeavors in relation to the bank's overarching goals. This position is tasked with creating scalable processes that ensure best practices in software administration for marketing applications, lead generation and database management. 

 

JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Serve as the administrator and go-to marketing contact for marketing software for SEO website CMS, email platform, digital banking marketing tools, and Mortgage CRM.
  • Assist in keeping digital platforms including corporate website, up-to-date and current with the bank’s brand, its current messaging strategy and branded assets and content.
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems used to generate, distribute, and report on leads and customer base.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining scalable processes that ensure best practices in digital campaigns and long-term lead management.
  • Assist in the recommendation, initiation, execution and analyzation of the digital marketing campaigns for assigned products and seasonal campaigns
  • Collaborate with third party marketing partners (as needed) with the development of advertising strategies and campaigns to acquire, retain, and expand relationships with customers and identified target segments.
  • Manage both on page SEO and off page SEO for bank.
  • Assist in proactively scoping new ideas to improve website experience for prospects, leads and customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage content for different platforms.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes within SEO, eMarketing and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate to help grow TexasBank’s email list organically and through appending other data points through third party relationships.
  • Assist in managing various email campaigns, including onboarding, template, and call to action content used in email sends.
  • Implement strategies to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of the bank’s email sends
  • Assist in measuring results and optimizing the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to grow in customer engagement.
  • Serve as a sales support assistant for mortgage officers to assist with full utilization of the CRM.
  • Assist in building forms of digital marketing that meet compliance requirements and keep marketing records for bank audits and exams as required.
  • Assist in the assessment and development of new products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of bank-sponsored events.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Air-conditioned office environment.
  • Consistent and timely attendance is required to ensure uninterrupted operational efficiency and exemplary service delivery.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Sit for extended periods of time.
  • Walk, stand, bend, squat, twist, and reach.

  • Extended keyboarding.
  • Moderate lifting (up to 35 lbs.)

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate’s degree or years of experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or a similar discipline.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing or integrated marketing.
  • Experience with marketing software (i.e., Surefire, CMS software, Adobe, HubSpot, Constant Contact, SEO, and other digital marketing tools)
  • Domain skills in understanding UI/UX best practices.
  • Problem solver to develop ways to improve user experience and drive desired action.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to utilize best practices to automate, integrate, and maintain system optimization
  • Proficiency in content management systems to build digital product pages and optimize conversion.
  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

 

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachlor’s degree with a concentration in Marketing or Operations Management.
  • Relevant certifications in marketing, operations management, or related areas are advantageous.
  • Administrator of marketing systems at a financial services entity
