The Information Systems Support Specialist provides technical support to Transportation FCU in the areas of application management, data management, and other technologies. The position provides information technology support services to staff and assists in keeping the network computing systems operating efficiently.

Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
2 years experience with supporting workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware/software, Active Directory, Exchange, O365, etc. in a Help Desk environment.
As an alternative to the above experience, be actively engaged or enrolled in college level coursework either working towards a degree in a related technological field or to enhance a degree that is already possessed in a different field.
Experience or education in Network Design, Communications, Information Technology Security concepts, Virtual Servers, and Imaging technologies.
Any technology industry recognized certifications are a plus, such as CompTIA A+, Network +, or Security-CE +.
