The Information Systems Specialist's primary responsibilities will be oversight of Therap, our electronic health record system, and our learning management system. The ISS will create, post, and assign electronic training content with our training team, in alignment of regulatory requirements. This position is also responsible for maintaining and optimizing internal data systems and coordinating special data analysis projects. The Information Systems Specialist will have an inherent understanding of our services and population, identify organization needs, and recommend products and processes. Through the management of information systems, the position helps to drive the agency toward its mission of providing high-quality person-centered services. Excellent customer service skills are required.
The Information Systems Specialist reports to the Chief Administrative Officer, and works collaboratively with the training team, information technology team, and human resources. This is a full-time position, 30-40 hours per week, with the flexibility to work remotely but will need to attend occasional in person meetings. Pay range: $23.00 to $24.90 per hour
