Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide on-site customer support services.
Provide Information Assurance (IA) Support and Information Technology (IT) Support for the Medical Community of Interest (MEDCOI) network and unique medical applications/ systems.
Participate in executing the MTF's Emergency Preparedness Plan which may be in the form of drills/exercise or actual emergencies.
Serve as the 61 MDS Medical Information Services (MIS) Helpdesk by responding to customer inquiries and service requests (walk-in, phone, and/or email).
Qualifications
BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution.
Certification: CGRC/CAP or CASP+ or CCSP or Cloud+ or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC.
