Job Summary
The Human Resource Generalist (HRG), Information Systems Specialist will be primarily responsible for the daily functions of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). In addition, this position will conduct other HRG activities like generating HR reports, fielding questions, entering data, onboarding new employees, auditing compliance items, managing newsletter content, and other human resource administrative duties as assigned. This position performs a variety of administrative, strategic, and planning duties to support the company's business objectives. This position reports to the Vice President, Human Resources or Director Human Resources. This position does not have direct reports.

· High School or GED Diploma required.
· Bachelor or associate degree in information technology or related area preferred, or equivalent work experience.
· HRCI and/or SHRM Certification a plus.
· Experience with Paylocity’s HRIS and Success Factor’s Employee Central, preferred.
· Sensitivity and discretion in handling highly confidential information.
· Successfully pass a thorough background check and drug screening.
· Strong Excel skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint).
· Effective problem solving & analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to work independently, with limited supervision.
· Ability to clearly articulate ideas and listen effectively to employee’s needs.
· Ability to develop and maintain strong workplace relationships with an emphasis on internal customer satisfaction.
· Capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently with a sense of urgency.
· Comfortable under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
· Ability to travel up to 10%, overnight travel occasionally.
