Role Overview:
We seek a Deployment and Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide technical support and oversee the deployment of our software solutions. This position is ideal for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in server administration, networking, and client engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure Oxygen Forensics software solutions in client environments.
- Provide technical support to clients, addressing and resolving software issues.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful implementation of our products.
- Utilize virtualization and cloud technologies to support and deploy software solutions.
- Engage with clients both remotely and on-premises as needed.
- Document technical issues and solutions, providing detailed reports and updates to the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionality and user experience.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a server administrator and in networking.
- Working knowledge of virtualization technology.
- General software support/help desk experience.
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies, AWS preferred.
- Comfortable with client-facing engagements, including the need to be on premises with the client.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Exposure to project management.
