The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the JOMIS Portfolio in support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA). Project management responsibilities include within with Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) IPT and DHA to track cost, schedule and performance of DHA specific projects and services provided. Project management responsibilities include requirements development, project planning, project execution, project sustainment/monitoring, and controlling projects within budget and within scope. The PM will monitor progress toward project deliverables and milestones, including managing deadlines, monitoring, and summarizing project progress, and preparing project reports for senior leaders. The PM will review policies and respond to DHA taskers to include those with LCCEs, perform Risk Analysis, and determine DCO support services for JOMIS and various platforms. The PM will maintain personnel roster and track all Position Descriptions maintained by the IPT Core Services.

Required Skills:
• Minimum of 10 years Project Management Experience; 8 of which should relate to federal agency IT infrastructure
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from accredited university in Computer Science, Business, or related field (ie. Economics, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, etc.)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) required
• Proven ability to independently handle routine and non-routine assignments
• Project management experience
• Process improvement experience
• Risk Management experience.
• Demonstrated experience as a presenter, technical report writer, meeting planner, and facilitator
• Experience with government programs
• Experience with a variety of project/program models
• Independent, self-directed worker, team player, problem solver, and experienced leader
• Excellent communication skills, including presentations, technical reports, meeting management and workgroup management.

Highly Desired Skills:
• DoD or DoN Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) Certification or compliance (DoDD 8140 or SECNAV M-5239)
• Experience with CMMI Maturity Level 3 organizational integration
• Experience with Enterprise Service delivery and management
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma
