Cybersecurity Monitoring Analyst:
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment, software and any third-party vendors providing security functions that protect the credit union’s computer systems, network and data. Work through daily IT security monitoring reports and alerts to identify and assist in remediation of system vulnerabilities, potential breaches. Configure and maintain desktop equipment, answering IT support calls and/or ticket requests, and utilizes troubleshooting skills to resolve issues with desktop equipment and applications. Participate in the coordination of Disaster Recover and Business Continuity planning and testing.
Ideal candidate must be able to regularly report to First Heritage Federal Credit Union's Headquarters located in Corning, NY.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Experience:
Two to Five years of experience working in IT and/or Cybersecurity related roles. Experience at a financial institution is a plus.
Education/Certifications/Licenses:
Two-year degree with concentration in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field. Additional courses and/or certifications related to this position are a plus.

Actual compensation figures are based on a number of factors including work experience, relevant skills and training, and if applicable, licenses or certifications. Physical Requirements:
Is able to bend, sit, and stand in order to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on a computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise.
