Job Description:
Summary:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Monitor network traffic and logs for security threats
Support vulnerability assessments and penetration testing and follow up to ensure issues from the penetration test are remediated
Assist in maintaining security tools and systems
Help investigate security incidents
Assist with patch management and system updates
Organize security documentation and reports
Collaborate with IT teams to mitigate risks
Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Enrolled in a Cybersecurity, IT, or related degree program
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good communication and attention to detail
Flexible, part-time availability
Salary Range: $25.00 - $27.00
