Chief Information Officer (CIO)
See's Candies is seeking an exceptional Chief Information Officer to lead our technology and product management functions into the next era of digital innovation and growth. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to blend the rich tradition of our century-old brand with cutting-edge technology, enhancing our customer experience and driving operational excellence across our retail and e-commerce platforms.
As our CIO, you'll spearhead our digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that See's Candies remains at the forefront in the confectionery industry. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our business objectives, encompassing everything from our in-store experiences to our supply chain operations.
The base salary range for this position is: $312,000-$350,000 annually.

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a seasoned technology leader with a proven track record of driving digital transformation in retail and manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with expertise in managing IT infrastructure, digital transformation, and product management.
- Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Experience managing contract resources and vendor relationships.
- A passion for innovation and a deep understanding of emerging technologies in the retail and e-commerce space.
