Job Summary
This position is responsible for all operations of the Information Services Department and controls its overall direction through the management of personnel, equipment, facilities, resources of information systems, telecommunications, and office systems and processes. Responsibilities and Duties: Evaluates project feasibility based on administrative requirements and priorities Continually review ongoing operations performance including uptime, customer service and changes/modifications district-wide. Develops standards and procedures regarding use of information systems technology district-wide. Oversees development, implementation and integration plans for hardware, software and telecommunications. Foster strong professional relationships within college district, often leading discussions with outside vendors and organizations. Strategic planning, budgeting and acquisition, and maintenance of hardware, software and telecommunications. Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change based on the needs of the department and the institution.
