Chief Information Officer

Summary: Supervises the Information Technology Team.   Responsible for acquisition, development, operations, strategic direction and safeguarding of the Company’s information systems.  Also responsible for the coordination and periodic testing of disaster recovery/business continuity and incident response planning for the organization.

• Directs budgeting, strategic and tactical planning, and business process re-engineering for information systems and operations. 
• Directs the technology strategy of the bank to provide for business information and product systems needs to meet the strategic objectives of management. 
• Explores new technologies for future planning and potential implementation. 
• Interfaces with industry on information management and information technology matters. 
• Works with CSB’s Information Security Officer and has the primary responsibility to ensure protection of CSB Data and Systems.  Stays up to date with current threat environments and works to ensure adequate protections across all bank systems.  
• Supervises planning for, organizes and coordinates various projects, programs and services involving the Information Technology Department; may administer or manage specific projects, programs and/or services; recommends and assists in installing improved operating processes, automation, and organization.
• Coordinates the conduct of research and analytical studies on a variety of programs and issues; coordinates and expedites reports and program information from departmental input; formulates recommendations and prepares reports and correspondence.
• Confers with other departments, managers, consultants and explains policies and procedures; may make presentations on assigned projects and programs. 
• Responsible for the coordination, compilation, and timely testing of the Corporation’s disaster recovery/business continuity and incident response plans.
• Responsible for coordinating the Corporate response to business interruption or cyber security events in the absence of the President or the Information Security Officer.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with major course work in business administration, information technology, or related field. Advanced degree work is a plus. 10 Years or more of related information technology experience.
