Security Specialist IV

Come join our team! We are experiencing tremendous growth and seeking to hire an energetic Security Specialist IV to join our team. Candidate will be supporting the National-Geospatial Intelligence Agency in Springfield, VA.
Duties of a Security Specialist IV may include:
- Provide subject matter expertise, assistance, recommendations and hands-on-support to all Special Programs and Operational Support related activities.
- Support Identity Data Management development from cradle to grave.
- Prepare, review, and staff required documentation for Identify Data Management
- Understand procedures for handling SCI Controlled Access Programs (CAP’s), Special Access Programs (SAP), Alternative - - Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) and other collateral materials IAW applicable security policies and regulations.
- Assist in conducting Due Diligence (DD) assessments in accordance with Department of Defense policies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant security experience.
- 5+ years of experience conducting or directly supporting special or sensitive operational activities.
- Successfully completed the following DoD course: Advanced Technician Course.
- Experience with Counterintelligence Programs and Policies.
- Experience with Identity Data Management Policies, Directives, and Instructions.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in security or criminal justice or equivalent years of relevant work experience
Clearance Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance and ability to successfully complete a polygraph examination.
