Mountain Land Physical Therapy is looking for an IT & Security Engineer to work closely with our Director of IT and Security to help lead our IT team, strengthen our security posture, and optimize our tech infrastructure. This isn’t just a role you’ll get your hands dirty troubleshooting, engineering, and driving IT strategy in a fast-pace environment, but also a role that involves leading other members of our IT team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of IT leadership experience with hands-on expertise in system engineering, networking, and security.
• Experience with Windows, Active Directory/Entra, Intune, and cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of threat mitigation, endpoint protection, and IT compliance frameworks.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset—you love challenges and finding innovative solutions!
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CCNP, or AWS Solutions Architect are a plus!
