As Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world Here, you will make an impact by leading the successful implementation of IT projects by leading the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other critical stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery in accordance with approved Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC)
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report project financials to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business stakeholders, engineers, analysts, and testers, to ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate updates, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Manage project documentation, including project charters, requirements, and change requests.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
 
Skills
To set you up for success in this role from day one, our client requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Seven (7) years of IT project management experience in a private, public or military environment.
  • PMP® Certified, or equivalent
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Experience with managing Infrastructure or Cybersecurity Projects
  • Ability to speak to all levels in a professional, concise manner
  • Self-starter / self-directed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Experience directing vendor resources
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with Project Management software (e.g. MS Project, Clarity, Planview)
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • PMP® Certified, or equivalent
