Information Security Analyst

Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Information Security Analyst  to join our team

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors (4-Yr) or Associates (2-Yr) College Degree   
  • Information Security Certification (CEH, OSCP, CCSP, GIAC Security Essentials, TIA Security+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, etc.) 
  • 2-4 years of Information Technology experience with financial, technology, or healthcare industry  
  • 2-4 years of IT account provisioning, associate onboarding, and support experience in a corporate environment 
  • Strong knowledge of standard security practices, including cloud security, email protection, identity & access mgmt., incident management, and incident response 
  • NIST, PCI, HIPAA or other security standards experience 
  • Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols 
  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable communicating with senior management. 
  • Change agent with demonstrated success leading multiple constituent groups. 

 

Job Duties:

  • Assist the Identity & Access Management Team for accounts provisioning, deprovisioning, and user account changes.  
  • Provide support for URPT team members for Day1 Onboarding Process, account changes, and applications access. 
  • Associate Action Form processing (name/email changes), HR/IT New Hire Mtgs 
  • Work with HR and Clinical Operations to troubleshoot issues with role changes and provide associated access control updates. 
  • Work with the Information Security Office (ISO) to implement security tools and processes such as MFA, RBAC and OTP.  
  • Assist with the annual security risk assessments, including third party risks, penetration tests, new business requests, NIST/ PCI/ HIPAA. 
  • Investigate and provide input to incident reports when security events arise. 
  • Assist ISO with security tool implementations SIEM/MDR/XDR ongoing support. 
  • Evaluate and implement new security features in new and existing cloud platforms.  
  • Train employees in new technologies and support on an ongoing basis. 
  • Engage and interact with vendors while multi-tasking/handling multiple issues. 
  • Ensure that security and confidentiality of data is strictly maintained. 
  • Work with Security and Compliance teams to ensure that technology, as implemented, follows all URPT policies, procedures, and processes. 
  • Monitoring security access and controls and participation in Data Access Reviews. 
  • Providing input for the company’s ISO policies and procedures. 
  • Stay current on IT security trends and news security enhancements and make recommendations to management. 
  • Stay up to date on information security technology trends and security standards.
