In this role you are responsible for engineering, management, support and maintenance of Enterprise identity systems. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) program manages the products, processes, and policies used to manage user (and system) identities and regulate user access within an organization. The IAM Program is used by agencies and central IT -both on-premise and cloud- to create and manage user access to systems and data. This position is responsible for the stable operation, engineering, and maintenance of the global Active Directory and associated supporting infrastructure. It is responsible for the enterprise Identity Management (IDM) solution and associated integrations with Active Directory, HR systems and other identity stores used for Role Based Access, Single Sign-On and Multifactor Authentication. This position works with the architecture, engineering, and operations teams to implement, design, and support the enterprise ID solution used by agencies.

What We Are Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
Seven (7) years of information systems experience in: implementing and supporting Identity and Access Management tools and related technologies, and Single Sign-On technologies such as SAML, OAuth OR;
An Associate's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field; AND 5 years of information systems experience in: implementing and supporting Identity and Access Management tools and related technologies, and Single Sign-On technologies such as SAML, OAuth OR;
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field AND three (3) years of information systems experience in: implementing and supporting Identity and Access Management tools and related technologies, and Single Sign-On technologies such as SAML, OAuth OR;
Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field AND one (1) year of information systems experience in: implementing and supporting Identity and Access Management tools and related technologies, and Single Sign-On technologies such as SAML, OAuth
Desired Attributes:
5-7 years working experience and proficiency with Active Directory in a large, distributed enterprise (5000+ users) supporting, maintaining and administering core Microsoft technologies including Windows Server.
Demonstrated experience in at least two IT disciplines (such as Application, Computing, Networking, Security or Technical/ Infrastructure) in a multitier environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in the techniques that go into producing designs of complex IT systems, including requirements discovery and analysis, formulation of solution context, identification of solution alternatives and their assessment, technology selection, and design configuration.
Proven ability and skill to clearly explain complex/technical concepts in terms that are understandable for technical and non-technical audiences.
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with superiors, subordinates, peers and other agencies and the public.
Experience scripting Microsoft PowerShell commands needed to managed Active Directory or Active Directory Federation Service.
Experience and skills with Entra ID, Terraform and Ansible.
Skilled in data center operations and process knowledge based on ITIL framework
Skilled in Windows & Linux Server OS’s, cloud computing, source control and VMware.
Skilled in Microsoft SQL & IIS, Firewalls and Networking

This position is eligible for hybrid work but is not suitable for full-time remote work. In-office work will be required (e.g.:1 day per week.) Exact terms of hybrid work and the work schedule will be discussed and agreed upon with the successful candidate and hiring manager.

Employee is required to possess and maintain a valid driver’s license issued by the state where the employee resides or provide an acceptable alternate form of transportation.
Employee is required to obtain and maintain CJIS clearance.
