Position Summary
Project Brief: The project aims at augmenting behavioral authentication systems by exploring fusion of multi-behavioral authentication modalities to develop more efficient and effective methods of generating biometric signatures of users. The newly developed modalities would rely on multiple user’s behavioral traits (e.g., typing patterns, wrist, and hand movements) for system authentication. The GA will help in: Initial project exploration and validation Implement apps to collect the data from human subjects as they use smart devices Data collection from human subjects as they use smart devices Design of machine learning algorithms to authenticate users GA Job Responsibilities: Participate in research projects related to Cybersecurity and other disciplines as needed. Design and implement data collection applications and collect data from human subjects. Document data collection procedures, experiments, applications, etc. Build data/machine learning models and perform statistical analysis. Excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Working closely with other developers and professor. NACE Competencies: 1. Dissemination of Results Present the outcomes of your experience at Celebrate Gannon and/or other venues determined by the college.
