MUST have Microsoft 365 E5 experience, Sentinel, Entra and Purview.

MUST have experience with Big like Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, E&Y (Ernst &

Young) or PWC (Pricewaterhouse)

He should be on Sentinel, Entra, and Purview, with an emphasis on hiring

someone experienced in these areas for a critical role. The preference is

for candidates based in California, especially near Irvine or Costa Mesa.

The role is crucial and requires a senior manager with Microsoft security

experience, particularly with E5, Sentinel, or Purview. For both location

they need a Microsoft security E5 (enterprise-level subscriptions that

include a combination of Office 365, Windows 10 and 11, and Enterprise

Mobility + Security (EMS) services)

About the Role:

This is a Cybersecurity Senior Manager/Advisor/Director or similar with

strong client interfacing experience.

In this role, you play a pivotal part in safeguarding the customer's assets and infrastructure through the implementation of various cybersecurity technologies and processes. You will focus on advising customers on their cybersecurity program objectives, and with Inspira's global team lead the implementation of processes and technologies to help the achieve those objectives. Your knowledge of industry leading practices and standards, along with hands-on experience with implementing cybersecurity solutions will be instrumental in helping our customers achieve their objectives. This is a high-profile role requiring strategic thinking, technical acumen, and strong leadership skills to drive success in the competitive Cyber Security market in North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In coordination with North America Account Managers, execute the

go-to-market strategies for North America.

  • Responsible for US project delivery, including but not limited to

leading customer meetings, managing project team activities, performing

quality assurance, defining project success metrics and management

reporting.

  • Identify business development opportunities within existing and

new accounts. Support with sales processes such as responding to RFPs and

preparing SOW.

  • Lead client interactions, including working with client teams in

an onsite and offshore delivery model.

  • Responsible for multi-project delivery, that includes lead

requirements gathering, preparing design documentation by conducting

workshops in onsite/offshore delivery model.

  • In coordination with Global practice leaders, lead architecture,

design, and implementation of cybersecurity solutions and processes.

  • Lead cybersecurity roadmap and strategy engagements (security

strategy, roadmap, vendor selection, etc.).

  • Contribute to eminence activities, such as whitepapers.

  • Lead process compliance activities by identifying and driving

initiatives that are impactful for the project delivery and helps

continuously improve the organization's cybersecurity posture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in

information technology, decision and information sciences, computer science,

or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

  • Prior hands-on experience with implementing cybersecurity

technologies and processes.

  • Deep understanding of more than one cybersecurity domains (e.g.,

IAM, security & privacy compliance, threat and vulnerability management,

infrastructure/cloud security, applications security).

  • Demonstrated experience working with US customers.

  • Strong network and relationships with vendor OEMs (e.g., product

support, sales and engineering organizations).

  • Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and

exceeding customer expectations.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team

environment.
