Share a time in your career where you led a team through a significant organizational change related to a technology implementation. What was your role, and how did you approach and implement the change?
Describe a major EHR system implementation project you have led, with a focus on the replacement of an existing system with Epic. Detail your role in the project, the challenges you faced, the strategies you employed to overcome them, and the outcomes of the project in terms of improvements in operational efficiency, patient care, and data management.
In what ways do you think diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging would be important in this position?
This is an Open and Promotional recruitment. Anyone may apply. Current County of San Mateo and County of San Mateo Superior Court of California employees with at least six months (1040 hours) of continuous service in classified regular, probationary, extra-help or limited term positions prior to the final filing date will receive five points added to their final passing score on this examination.
The examination process for this recruitment will consist of an Application Screening, and a multi-layered interview process. Applicants must successfully pass the Application Screening to move forward to the interview process.All applicants who meet the minimum qualifications are not guaranteed advancement through any subsequent phase of the examination.
